~AMISH CRAZY QUILT~FINE and EARLY~

This beautiful old OHIO AMISH crazy quilt is from our own collection.  Would never sell it, but we are down sizing.  It has been on our wall for a long time and before that it belonged to a dear friend.
From the 1920's or earlier, the colors are soft and subtle.
Material is all cotton, hand quilted, machine pieced.
Size is 77 inches by 64 inches.
Some tiny white flecks of what is probably paint and would surely dissolve with cleaning......we didn't see the need and some small, unobtrusive faded spots.   Otherwise, the quilt is strong and beautiful.  Amish crazy quilts are scarce and
the fine colors here would  make this a wonderful highlight to a collection.
