Lake Tahoe Railway & Trans Co 1907 Pass ~Mint

(Item: RAIL PASS)
Offering today a mint condition
"Lake Tahoe Railway & Transportation Co."
 No. 96 Rail Pass, dated 1907.
 Pass was issued to C. B. White ...Charles Bernard... who, among other things in Truckee California, was ticket agent for Southern Pacific Rail Road and the Lake Tahoe Railway.  He also bought, in 1904, the Kruger-White House mansion, which he operated as "The White House Hotel".  He also was manager of the Truckee Branch of the Auburn Savings, which later became The Bank of America;
was President of the Truckee Chamber of Commerce
and was director of the Truckee Public Utility District.

We will be offering soon, several important photographs from early Truckee, including some large "birdseye" looks of the early town.  Also, from the same estate some very nice, circa 1904, panorama photographs of Lake Tahoe.  Please watch our auctions for these listings, or send us an email so you can be notified when the listings start.

Believe this Rail Pass is a pretty rare historic Truckee and Railroad document
and it is offered with no reserve.
 For reference,  it is 4 1/8" x 2 5/8".
Offered, also, with an unconditional guarantee
that this is indeed a period document.

Will pack properly and ship promptly.
 UPS INSURED SHIPPING $6.
